Introduction
This course will equip and empower individuals who are responsible for assessing emergency situations and providing basic life support and First Aid with the intent to stabilize patients before emergency services arrive on the scene.
Upon Completion Delegates will have the ability to do the following:
Demonstrate an understanding of emergency scene management
Demonstrate an elementary understanding of anatomy and physiology
Be able to assess an emergency situation.
Apply First Aid procedures to life-threatening situations
Be able to treat common injuries.
