Purpose of this course
The purpose of this course is to equip delegates with the basic principles of relevant current Health & Safety Legislation and to inform delegates about the consequences of non-compliance.
Upon completion Delegates:
Will be able to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of the relevant Health & Safety legislation
Will be able to explain the requirements for compliance as stated in the current legislation
Will be able to determine management controls that are required per the Health & Safety legislation in order to achieve compliance
Will be able to demonstrate the relevant knowledge and skills pertaining to record keeping in alignment wit Health & Safety legislation
Will be able to explain the legal obligations of Employers in accordance with training and communication
